Join Canadian dancer and choreographer Neshama Nashman as Koffler Arts closes its first dance residency at Koffler301.
Watch Neshama Nashman, Irene Yang, and Anton Tcherny rehearse one to three pieces and gain a glimpse into the choreography and creative process behind their upcoming production. The rehearsal will run for approximately 30-40 minutes, with the possibility of a Q&A at the end.
This is a behind-the-scenes rehearsal experience rather than a seated performance. Guests are invited to sit around the dance floor, with a limited number of chairs available for those requiring accessible seating.
Please note: No photography or video recording is permitted during the rehearsal. Phones should be turned off or set to silent.
The rehearsal will be followed by a movement workshop led by Nashman, with a 15-minute break in between. If you're interested in participating in the workshop, please purchase your ticket via Eventbrite here.

About the artist:
Neshama Nashman is a Canadian choreographer and dance artist based in Düsseldorf, Germany, where she has been a soloist with Ballett am Rhein since 2020. Previously, she was a demi-soloist with the Kraków Opera Ballet in Poland.
As a choreographer, Neshama has gained international recognition for her versatile and passionateapproach to the art form. Her works have been performed at major venues including the Deutsche Oper am Rhein, the PinaBausch Center, Mainfranken Theater Wurzburg, tanzhaus nrw, DanceWorks Chicago, TanzmesseFestival, Düsseldorf, The Stuttgart Ballet, and Toronto’s Royal Conservatory of Music.
